I'm 28 years old, living in Dallas - Fort Worth. After culinary school, I desperately wanted to avoid moving back to Texas. The World is just so big, but Texas called me back. I'm enjoying it now, but look forward to exploring more of the World that's available to me. I'm very into food, wine and music.
